- 3 1/4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Sift flour, salt and sugar together.

2Then add dry yeast. Melt butter and add water and milk to melted butter.

3The water and milk need to be lukewarm.

4Mix together liquid and dry mixture.

5Let set for approximately 1 1/2 hours in greased pan to rise.

6After this rises, make dough into a loaf or in rolls. Knead well before you shape your loaf or rolls.

7Put this in a greased pan and let rise again to desired size.

8Bake at 325° to 350° for 30 minutes.
