- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. mashed potato
- 1 pkg. yeast and 1 tsp. sugar, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
- 8 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix in order given.

2Let stand overnight in a large bowl. This will double in size until morning.

3Knead in flour until a nice texture.

4Roll 1/4-inch thick.

5Cut with biscuit cutter.

6Let rise about 2 hours, until double in size.

7Grease pans.

8Bake at 325° for 10 minutes, until light brown.

9Makes 6 dozen.
