Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. potato flakes
- 8 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Heat water until warm.

2Add butter and milk.

3Mix 2 cups of the flour with the yeast, potato flakes, sugar and salt.

4Add liquid mixture.

5Add eggs and mix.

6Gradually work in remaining flour. Set aside to rest in buttered bowl.

7Cover with cloth while rising. When dough is double in size, punch down and let rise again until doubled.

8Punch down a second time and shape into desired size rolls.

9Let rolls rise a little before baking at 425° for 10 minutes or until light brown.
