  • 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 c. flour

Directions

    Mix dissolved yeast, sugar, eggs and warm water.

    Add oil, salt and flour.

    Let stand 8 hours or overnight.

    Punch down; knead slightly and form into rolls.

    Let rise 6 hours.

    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°.
