- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ???
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 4 c. plain flour
Directions

1Mix yeast, 1/4 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar; mix in small bowl.

2In large bowl, mix all ingredients, then let rise 1 1/2 hours, then make rolls.

3Put in pan; let rise 1 1/2 hours or overnight.

4Melt butter; brush rolls.

5Cook in a 425° oven until done, about 20 minutes.
