- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. salt
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 c. flour
Directions

1Mix milk, sugar, and salt in saucepan and boil.

2Set it aside until cool.

3Mix yeast, water and sugar.

4It will rise, so give it room to double.

5You are mixing milk mixture with yeast mixture to rise.

6Then gradually sift flour into the mixture and knead until all flour is mixed.

7Cover with warm towel for 1 1/2 hours.

8Place on lightly floured board.

9Pinch off and shape with hands dough about the size of a small egg.

10Place on greased pan.

11Leave space to rise and spread out.

12Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour.

13Let this dough rise 1 1/2 hours before cooking.
