- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 pkg. yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Pour boiling water over sugar, Crisco and salt.

2When lukewarm, pour over yeast.

3When yeast dissolves, add eggs.

4Mix well with flour.

5Let rise before mashing down and rolling out. Roll on floured surface about 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut.

7Dip in butter and put in greased round cake pan.

8Place one roll on top of another to make two layers.

9Let rise about 1 1/2 hours.

10Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, or until brown.
