- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 egg
Directions

1Heat milk and oil.

2Mix with dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes. Add egg; beat.

3Add more flour (until you can knead the dough). Knead several minutes.

4Let rise in a greased large bowl until double in volume.

5Punch down; let rest 10 minutes.

6Pinch off and form into rolls.

7Let rise until double again.

8Oil tops of rolls. Bake in preheated 425° oven until done.
