Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 6 c. plain flour
Directions

1Pour boiling water over sugar, shortening and salt.

2Beat with electric mixer until shortening is melted.

3Add eggs and beat well.

4Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.

5Add to mixture and mix well.

6Mix in flour one cup at a time.

7Cover and refrigerate overnight.

8Use all of dough or amount wanted.

9Dough will keep in refrigerator 10 days.

10Knead well; roll out and cut into biscuits.

11Let stand in warm place at least 2 hours.

12Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.

13Makes about 24 rolls.
