Ingredients
- 7 c. bread flour
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. water (lukewarm)
Directions

1Bring water, salt, sugar and shortening to a boil and boil for 1 minute; cool until warm.

2Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water and add to water mixture.

3Beat at high speed in mixing bowl with eggs and 4 cups of flour for about 2 to 3 minutes.

4Add rest of flour (3 cups) by hand.

5Place in covered, buttered bowl and refrigerate overnight.

6Shape into desired rolls.

7Bake at 400°.
