- 2 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 12 cup warm water
- 12 cup sugar, divided
- 12 cup honey
- 7 12 cups flour, divided (up to 1/2 cup more or less)

- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Put milk in a small saucepan over medium heat.

2Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

8Combine yeast, warm water and 1 Tablespoon sugar in a mixing bowl.
