- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 c. warm milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted (plain)
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl.

2Add milk, sugar and salt.

3Beat in eggs, one at a time.

4Stir in oil and flour.

5Allow batter to rise in a warm place about 1 1/2 hours.

6Stir batter down and place in refrigerator overnight or when needed.

7Stir batter down again and bake in a preheated waffle iron.
