- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups masa harina
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons fast rise yeast (1 pkg)
- 2 cups warm milk (100 to 110 F)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

1Combine flour, masa, sugar, salt and yeast in a large bowl.

2Add milk, butter and 2 eggs, stirring until smooth.

3Spread dough into a 13- x 9-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

4Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size--about 1 hour.

5Preheat oven to 375°F.

6Bake for 25 minutes or until bread is done.

7Cool in pan for 5 minutes before serving warm.
