  • 1 glass Old English cheese
  • 1 glass Vera Sharp or 1 roll Nippy
  • 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed with 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt

    Blend soft cream cheese (with mixer) with rest of ingredients. Form into ball and chill.
