- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 cup Semolina Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Spicy Red Peppers
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Corn Kernels
- 1/3 cups Soft Butter

11. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, then before cooking, lower to 375 degrees F (175 degrees C). Heat a skillet of any size or shape in the oven.

22. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the butter. Melt the butter in the hot skillet. Then pour off the excess into the batter.

33. Mix well, then bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the skillet or molds carefully and place on a wire rack to let cool.
