- 2 1/4 lb. yellow squash, cooked
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- butter to taste
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Mash seasoned squash slightly and mix all ingredients, except stuffing mix together.

2Grease casserole and cover bottom with stuffing mix.

3Add squash mixture and cover top with remaining buttered stuffing mix.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
