  • 2 c. sliced onions
  • 2 c. bell peppers
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. turmeric

    squash, onions and peppers with water; add 1/2 cup of salt.

    Soak for 1 hour and drain.

    Mix sugar, vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed and turmeric.
