  • 1 cup thick yoghurt
  • 1 tomatoes, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 very finely chopped green chili pepper (optional)
  • salt
