Yoghurt Flatbread

Ingredients
- 200 g Greek yogurt (low fat is optional)
- 200 g Plain flour
- 1-2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Dash ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary (not fresh)
- 1/2 tsp Thyme (not fresh)
Directions

1Put in the flour, yoghurt, bicarbonate of soda, salt, pepper and herbs in a bowl.

2Mix with a wooden spoon till roughly blended, then combine with hands till the it has turned into a shaggy dough ball.

3Then knead for 2-5 mins or until it turns into a nice dough.

4Shape the dough into an inch, thick disk and split into 8.

5Roll each bit into a ball.

6Heat pan.

7Roll out one of the small dough balls into 1/2 cm thick disk.

8Pop the disk into the pan and flip when bubbles start popping up and a little bit of steam comes up from underneath.

9When flipped wait for 30 secs and transfer onto a plate.

10Repeat this step till all 7 are done.
