  • 6 c. warm water (110~)
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 container plain yogurt (with live cultures)

    put in warm place such as oven with a pilot light or styrofoam cooler or in the sun.

    Let sit for six hours, then

    in refrigerator. Note:

    set aside a cup of this as a starter for the next batch.
