  • 250 grams chicken
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 5 pods garlic
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tablespoon fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt as required
  • coriander leaves For garnishing

Directions

    Clean the chicken and pat It dry with the kitchen towel.

    Now add the marinade ingredients with each other and mix it well. Keep the marination for 1 hour (you can keep it for 5 hours if you have time)

    Take a wok, add oil, heat for sometime. Add chopped onion. Fry until it turns golden brown in colour.

    Add the marinated chicken, add satl. Cook for 5 mins.

    Add chopped tomato, fenugreek leaves and a cup of warm water.

    Cook until chicken is done. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

    Yogurt chicken is ready to serve.
