Yogurt Cups

- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tsp. cold water
- 1 1/3 c. yogurt (any flavor)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar until crumbly.

3Sprinkle in water 1 teaspoon at a time.

4Stir until dough forms.

5Press about 3 tablespoons of dough in bottom and up sides of ungreased 6-ounce custard cups to within 1/2 inch of top. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

6Carefully remove from cups with a small metal spatula; let cool completely on wire rack. Fill each cup with 1/4 cup of yogurt.

7Makes 4 cups.
