  • 2 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 to 3 drops lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. chopped celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
