  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. salad oil or 1/2 c. melted margarine or 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 c. flavored yogurt (suggest lemon, orange or apricot-pineapple)

    Combine dry ingredients with a fork until well mixed.

    Stir together liquid ingredients slightly.

    Blend with dry mixture only until combined.

    Avoid overmixing.
