- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 1/4 c. low-fat yogurt
- 2 tsp. soda
- safflower or similar oil
Directions

1Mix soda and yogurt in a bowl until it foams up.

2Add immediately to flour and mix until fairly smooth.

3Add a little water if too stiff.

4Fry in a small amount of safflower oil (or similar).

5Good for dieters.

6Serve with applesauce, or brown sugar, for lower calories.
