  • 1 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) yogurt (any flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Blend all ingredients together in large bowl.

    Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes.
