Yogurt Pound Cake

- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz.) carton peach yogurt (any flavor yogurt may be used)
Directions

1Cream butter.

2Add sugar, beating well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, and beat after each addition.

4Combine flour, baking soda and salt.

5Add to creamed mixture, mixing until just blended.

6Add orange rind, vanilla and yogurt.

7Mix well.

8Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.

9Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until cake tests done.

10Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.

11Cool on wire rack.
