- 1/2 c. plain or flavored yogurt
- 1/2 c. frozen berries, pineapple or peaches
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- milk (optional)
- honey to taste
Directions

1Put the yogurt, fruit and vanilla in a blender and mix until the drink is smooth.

2The juice from the fruit should dilute the yogurt and make it drinkable.

3If not, add a little milk.

4Add a teaspoon of honey and taste.

5Add more as needed (it will depend on how sweet the fruit is).
