- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix everything together until smooth.

2Add a little water to mixture until it looks like heavy cream.

4Put 1 teaspoon meat drippings into each muffin tin hole.

5Heat drippings in oven until it starts to smoke.

6Pour batter into tins.

7Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
