- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Combine ground beef, soup mix, chili sauce and 1 egg in a bowl; mix well.

2Shape into small meatballs.

3Place in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Sift flour and baking powder into bowl.

5Add mixture of 4 eggs, milk and margarine; beat until blended.

6Pour over meatballs.

7Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
