- 14 cup roast beef drippings
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 425F.

2Pour drippings into 9-inch square or round cake pan.

3Tilt pan to grease sides.

4Place pan in oven to heat about 2 minutes.

5In small bowl, beat eggs slightly.

6Add remaining ingredients & beat -just- until blended (Don't over beat).

7Pour batter into hot pan.

8Bake for 15 minutes -THEN- reduce oven temperature to 350F -AND- bake 10-15 minutes longer or until golden brown.

9Note: **TOTAL BAKE TIME approximately 30 MINUTES**.

10Serve immediately.
