  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs (large)
  • 1 tsp. apple Schnapps
  • 2 baking apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin
  • 5 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and 1/4 cup milk.

    Add eggs and 1/4 cup milk and stir.

    Add Schnapps and stir.

    Add apples and stir.

    Cover bottom of baking dish with butter and pour mixture on top.

    Bake at 425° about 1/2 hour.

    Dust with powdered sugar. Serve hot, warm or cold.
