- 2 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- margarine to grease pan or use roast beef drippings
Directions

1You should start by heating the oven to 450°.

2Pour beef drippings or margarine to grease bottom and sides of a 9-inch square or round pan.

3Place pan in oven to heat about 2 minutes. In small bowl, beat eggs slightly.

4You should add remaining ingredients and beat until blended (do not overbeat).

5Place bowl in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

6Take out and reheat.

7You then pour batter into hot pan and bake at 450° for 12 minutes.

8Reduce oven temperature to 350° and bake for 15 minutes to golden brown. Best when served hot with warm gravy on top.
