Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. fat from roast

Directions

    Mix milk, flour, eggs and salt together.

    *Use fat from roast and spread into 9 x 13-inch pan to cover bottom.

    Heat in oven (425°) until very hot.

    May even smoke.

    Then add mixture and bake 20 minutes.

    Cut into squares and serve with gravy.

    Especially good with standing rib roast.
