  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Beat eggs; add milk.

    Stir into sifted flour and salt.

    Grease 2 pie pans or bake in pan with meat at 400° for 30 minutes. Remove and cut into serving pieces.

    Serve with beef roast and gravy.

    Also very good with milk and sugar as a dessert.
