- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. hot oil or beef drippings
Directions

1Mix flour and salt together; gradually add milk, beating until smooth after each addition.

2Add eggs one at a time, beating until smooth.

3Cover and chill for 2 hours.

4Pour into hot shallow (8 x 10-inch) pan, containing oil.

5Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately with gravy.
