- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 boxes berries or canned cherries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions

1Put batter in pan and cover with two boxes of berries or canned cherries or any fruit.

2If a bland fruit is used, add lemon juice to taste.

3Mix sugar (1 cup) and boiling water and pour over fruit.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
