  • 1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1 can cherry pie filling or peach pie filling or blueberry or apple pie filling
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream

Directions

    In square baking dish, empty can of pie filling and spread on bottom of dish, then sprinkle cake mix on top and spread evenly over pie filling.

    Pour on the melted butter over the cake mix. Add the chopped pecans and spread on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes and serve with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
