1Peel half the yuca.

2Run a vegetable peeler down the yuca to make the chips.

3Fry in plenty of hot oil. When each chip stops spattering, it is done.

4Remove to a plate covered in paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with oregano and salt to taste.
