  • 1 yuca
  • vegetable oil
  • dried oregano
  • salt

Directions

    Peel half the yuca.

    Run a vegetable peeler down the yuca to make the chips.

    Fry in plenty of hot oil. When each chip stops spattering, it is done.

    Remove to a plate covered in paper towels to drain. Sprinkle with oregano and salt to taste.
