  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 large green bellpeper(chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh mushroom of choice.(sliced)
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 zuccini (cubed)
  • 1 salt and pepper to desire taste
  • 2 cup white long grain rice
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp season salt
  • 1/2 cup brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves

    wash and dry handd.

    in a deep fryer.

    heat oil to prepare for chicken.

    clean chicken and cut into cubes.

    in large bowl mix flour, salts and pepper.

    add chicken to flour mixture toss around.

    strain excess flour into trash.
