Ingredients
- 2 lb. cabbage, partly cooked and drained
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Saute ground beef, chopped pepper and chopped onion.

2Add rice.

3In baking dish, add 1/2 of meat and rice mixture.

4Next, layer 1/2 of cabbage, then layer 1 can of soup undiluted.

5Repeat with balance of meat/rice mixture, cabbage and soup.

6Blend last 4 ingredients, making a sweet and sour sauce.

7Spread over top. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
