  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (5 1/2 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Prepare cake as directed.

    Grease and flour 11 x 17-inch pan. Bake cake and cool.

    Soften cream cheese and beat together with milk and pudding.

    Spread over cooled cake.

    Drain pineapple well and spread over pudding mixture.

    Spread Cool Whip over pineapple layer, then sprinkle with coconut and nuts, as desired.
