  • 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs and water to make 1 c.
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Melt butter and chocolate together and add pecans.

    In separate bowl mix only until blended:

    flour, sugar, eggs and water.

    Do not beat!

    Fold together and fill cupcake tins 2/3 full.

    Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

    Need no icing.
