- 1 cup Crisco Oil
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cloves
- 3/4 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Extract
- 2/3 cups Hot Water
- 3-1/3 cups Flour
Directions

1Beat sugar, oil and eggs until creamy.

2Add salt, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, baking soda, pumpkin puree, lemon extract, and hot water. Mix well.

3Slowly add flour.

4Grease a bundt pan or 2-3 loaf pans, add mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 55-65 minutes.
