- 1/4 block japanese radish
- 1 yuzu
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cut a radish into cubes and add 1/2 salt. 10 min keeping.

2Pare a yuzu and squeeze the juice out of it with a reamer.

3Put the radish in a strainer to let the water drain off.

4Put it in a bowl and mixed sugar, yuzu juice and yuzu peel.

5Add seasoning such as salt to taste.
