Yuzu Radish

  • 1/4 block japanese radish
  • 1 yuzu
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Cut a radish into cubes and add 1/2 salt. 10 min keeping.

    Pare a yuzu and squeeze the juice out of it with a reamer.

    Put the radish in a strainer to let the water drain off.

    Put it in a bowl and mixed sugar, yuzu juice and yuzu peel.

    Add seasoning such as salt to taste.
