  • 4 lb. lean roast or stew meat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can French onion soup

Directions

    Rub rib roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder or herbs or your choice.

    Cook covered at 250° for 1 hour for each pound of meat, or use meat thermometer until rare.

    Pour drippings over and serve.
