Zesty Corn Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix (3 c.)
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted

Directions

    In saucepan, cook onion and celery in 4 tablespoons margarine until tender but not brown.

    Add the next 4 ingredients; bring to boiling.

    Pour over stuffing mix; toss together lightly.

    Stir in eggs.

    Shape into balls.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.

    When ready to bake, pour melted margarine over. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
