- 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Peel eggs; cut in half lengthwise.

2Place yolks in a bowl. Stir in next 8 ingredients.

3Transfer yolk mixture to pastry bag and pipe into eggs white halves.

4Can spoon in carefully.

5Before serving sprinkle with paprika. Top each egg half with parsley leaf if desired.
