  • 4 medium carrots, scraped and diagonally sliced
  • 1 small head cauliflower, broken into flowerets
  • 2 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 (0.6 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
