- 6 rib pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. hickory ketchup (can mix barbecue sauce and ketchup)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 apple, cored and sliced in 6 circles
Directions

1Brown pork chops in oil and salt; drain.

2Combine other ingredients and reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture.

3Pour remaining over chops and simmer, covered, on low heat for 25 minutes, basting a few times.

4Place chops on sheet and put apple on each. Cover with reserved mixture.

5Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.
